Our Desire For You

Everyone who comes through our doors is here because they have a goal. For each person, that goal is different. To be stronger, faster, more flexible, more ready for what life throws at them, physically and emotionally. Our desire is that you have the incredible support, expert training, and safe environment that CrossFit provides... so when you reach or exceed those goals, you'll be amazed at how far you've come.

What I have learned about myself is I had done yoga for years, so the concept of "lifting weights" was extremely foreign to me. It's still not my favorite thing to do in the gym, and I'll probably never be the strongest girl, but the fact that I've opened myself to trying something so new has been exciting.

What I have learned is I'm stronger than I give myself credit for and "skinny" is subjective! I'll short it, thinking "I can't" or "There's no way I'll finish in that time cap" and then I blow it out of the water. I'm constantly being called out on my weights, but I'm getting stronger because of it and every time we have a lift day, I hit a PR!
