Increase weight throughout sets, hold onto bar for both reps

Minute 1 – 6 Hang Power Cleans + 3 STO (athlete chooses weight)

Minute 2 – 7-10 HSPU

Minute 3 – 7-10 Burpees

Minute 4 – 12/8 Cal Bike

*Scale any reps in order to complete by around :45/:50 seconds of every minute
