Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
2-Person Team WOD
AMRAP (25 minutes)
21/15 Cal Bike,
9 Hang Squat Snatch (135/95) &
6 Shuttle Sprints (Down and Back = 1)
*Each person has to do the Shuttle Sprints. They can be done at the same time but each person does 6.
**For scoring, down and back on the shuttle sprints equals 1 rep
