Back Squat (5×5 (all done around 70-75%))

Tabata Squat

Tabata Pull-up

Tabata Sit-up

Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”. Post Tabata score for each exercise as Reps and total those for final score as Total Reps.

E.G., 10, 22, 9, 15, 15 = 71
This workout is fast but don’t sacrifice the integrity of the movements.

Squat = full squat depth every time

Pull-up = chin above the bar every time whether you are doing strict, kipping or butterfly

Push-ups – chest to deck every rep

Sit-ups = shoulders clear hips every rep
