Back Squat (1xAMRAP set (@85%))

Spend 10-15 minutes warming up to your AMRAP set. Do 1 AMRAP set at 85%.

100 air squats
If you want to get some MURPH training in, you can wear the weight vest for portions of this workout. I would suggest not wearing it during sit-ups.
