1 Power Snatch &

1 Hang Power Snatch

This is a complex. You have to hold onto the bar the for both types of snatches. You can increase weight throughout the 10 minutes or keep it the same. Each athlete chooses his/her weight.

Metcon (Time)

7 rounds for time of:

50m DB Farmers Carry,

25ft DB Walking Lunge and

10 DB Burpees

Men – 50#

Women – 35#
