For time: 200 Cal Bike
Each person does the bike for 1 minute; while you are “resting” from the bike, you do 10 burpees. Yes. That is 10 burpees each minute.
So Athlete 1 starts on Bike and goes for 1 minute while Athlete 2 does 10 Burpees. Then Athlete 1 does 10 Burpees and Athlete 2 does 1:00 on the Bike. You keep going until you reach 200 Calories.
