Warm up then, 80% x 3 reps, 85% x 3 reps, 90% x 3+ reps.

For the 3+, leave 1-2 reps in the tank

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

10 TOTAL DB snatch (10 each arm; 70#/50#)

10 pistols each leg

200ft shuttle sprint (25m x 8)

* Scale pistols with band or holding on rig; or 30 BW Squats
