1x snatch push press + 3x overhead squat (1×1)
Work up to a max for the day. You can take this out of the rack as I am more concerned about the weight for the overhead squat.
Complete the following for time:
• 100x double unders
• 75x KB swings (50/35)
• 50x box jumps (24in/20in)
• 25x overhead squats (135#/95#)
Scale weight appropriately.
