3x snatch push press + 3x overhead squat x 5 sets. Increase the weight each round so that set #5 is your max for the day.

-Odd minute = 6x back squat (185#/125#)

-Even minute = 12x KB swings (32kg/24kg)

-60 seconds of max rep DB snatch (50#/35#)
