Take 10 minutes to find a max for the day. You must take it from the ground and if you squat clean it, then that counts as 1 front squat rep.

-100x double unders

-100m shuttle sprint

-20x DB thrusters (50#/35#)

-100m shuttle sprint

If you are working on stringing DU, practice for 60-90 seconds. If you do not have DU, 300 singles.
