Power Clean (Warm up then, 75% x 5 reps, 80% x 5 reps, 85% x 5+)

These are touch and go – no pausing on the ground between reps!

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 rounds – 3 minute AMRAP of:

-3x ground to overhead (135#/95#)

-6x push ups

-9x air squats

*Rest 1 minute between each AMRAP

Score is total reps each round.
