Power Clean (Warm up then, 80% x 3 reps, 85% x 3 reps, 90% x 3+)
Touch and go!
Complete the following for time:
-Start with a 400m run or 500m row
-Then accomplish 100x DB snatches (50#/35#)
*Kicker – Every time you set down/drop the DB or rest, row 500m or run 400m
Pick your weight wisely, BUT also do not sandbag this workout!
