AMRAP (25 Minutes)
20 Plate OH Walking Lunges (45/25) and
20 Push Press (45/35)
A couple notes for this workout: If you don’t have enough roweers, you can sub’d 400m Run and/or 2:00 minutes on the Assault Bike.
Lunges: Rx = OH Walking Lunge; Scale to OH Lunges in place or regular lunges with no weight
