Welcome to our CrossFit Schedule.
Here you’ll see how our classes are spread out across the week, as well as any special upcoming events. Feel free to attend any combination of classes up to your membership level maximum.
As a general rule, on weekdays we host 2 morning sessions and three evening sessions, with an additional, 5:00-6:00 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays and 7:30-8:30 p.m. class on Mondays and Wednesdays. We also offer two options on Saturday mornings, plus CrossFit Kids — 11 to 14 year-olds from 9:00-10:00 a.m. and 5 to 10 year-olds from 10:45 – 11:30 a.m.
Come and be part of the community on Sunday mornings with Open Gym from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m..
First-time visitor, and new to CrossFit? A free trial class is available so you can check us out. You’ll get a great taste of our atmosphere, a safety introduction, and an awesome free workout.
On-ramping opportunities for new members who’ve already had the Free Intro Class will show up on the calendar when available. The two Foundation/On-Ramp sessions are designed to help smooth your entry to your successful CrossFit experience.
