Nutritional Review
Start with a look at your current nutrition habits, using a 3-5 day log of your daily food intake. (Tip: honesty counts!)

You’ll learn ways to improve your overall health as it relates to your goals. Get helpful tips on your current diet to make small changes in the approach to a healthier lifestyle.

This is also the time to ask those general nutrition questions that you’dve been wondering about.

Example: Does eating at night make me gain weight? Should I stop at a certain time?
Example: How much water intake is needed per day?
Example: Do I need to eat breakfast?
Example: Do I need a post workout protein shake?

Macronutrient Set

The singular macronutrient set will give you one set of macronutrient suggestions for active days, and another set of macronutrients for rest days. This is usually a 20 minute consultation to discuss numbers and answer questions.

It’s a great starting point for a full nutritional program, because as you work the program and progress in your CrossFit experience, your nutritional needs will be changing. It’s also a good jumping-off point if you’re already nutritionally savvy.

Personalized Macronutrient Coaching

Looking for more assistance and support? Personalized Macronutrient Coaching offers one-on-one coaching and continual reviews of your nutritional intake to match your fitness program and your own body’s changing needs.

Coaching includes weight and circumference checks, food tracking, energy level, daily activity, and health history questionnaire − resulting in a personalized plan to reach your strength and weight goals. Your individualized recommendation includes not only food amounts and types, but the timing of nutrient intake around your training and exercise to optimize results.

Clients have 24/7 access to Andra via email. Please allow 24 hours for response.

The amount of time you dedicate to the program, the better off your results will be. Results do not happen overnight, and macronutrients need to be adjusted as time goes on. By dedicating yourself to time and patience you’ll be at a strong advantage.
