Start with a look at your current nutrition habits, using a 3-5 day log of your daily food intake. (Tip: honesty counts!)

You’ll learn ways to improve your overall health as it relates to your goals. Get helpful tips on your current diet to make small changes in the approach to a healthier lifestyle.

This is also the time to ask those general nutrition questions that you’ve been wondering about.

 Macronutrient Set

The singular macronutrient set will give you one set of macronutrient suggestions for active days, and another set of macronutrients for rest days.

It’s a great starting point for a full nutritional program, because as you work the program and progress in your CrossFit experience, your nutritional needs will be changing. It’s also a good jumping-off point if you’re already nutritionally savvy.
