Welcome to our CrossFit Schedule.
Yes. We are OPEN. We are currently limited to 10 people per class and our schedule is changing as we continue to open back up after COVID-19.
Here you’ll see how our classes are spread out across the week, as well as any special upcoming events. Feel free to attend any combination of classes up to your membership level maximum.
As of June 17, 2020, our morning classes include a 5:00 a.m. Monday thru Thursday, 8:30 a.m. on Monday thru Thursday, our only evening class currently is 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday. In addition, we also offer a Saturday morning class at 8:00 a.m.
First-time visitor, and new to CrossFit? A free trial class is available so you can check us out. You’ll get a great taste of our atmosphere, a safety introduction, and an awesome free workout.
On-ramping opportunities for new members who’ve already had the Free Intro Class are scheduled based on the new member’s schedule as there is no set schedule for these foundation classes. The two Foundation/On-Ramp sessions are designed to help smooth your entry to your successful CrossFit experience.
